1. Q: Are you factory? And what is your advantage?
A: Basically we are a company but not factory. The most important is our directors
have good experience in big ceramic factory management and raw material
supplying. We know how to produce, how to do QC and from where to save the
cost. Normally one factory is not able to cover all types of tiles so we accept
orders and select the good factory in suitable place to produce.

2. Q: Do you develop your own design?
A: Yes we develop and represent some exclusive design.
3. Q: What is MOQ required?
A: When the stock is available any quantity is accepted provided the total quantity
can complete the container. But if the design selected is out of stock MOQ 1fcl is
required for each design.
4. Q: May I have my own design?
A: Yes sure. But the pictures and samples of the products should be provided by
your party.
5. Q: May I ask for some samples?
A: The samples in small quantity can be free. You just need to pay for samples'
courier charges.
6. Q: What is your payment terms?
A: T/T in advance is preferred if the quantity is less than 5 fcl. Sight L/C or Issuance
L/C can be discussed when the order quantity is big.
